Project overview
Why this build matters.
Most public references to intact anatomy rely on flat diagrams or static illustrations that leave out how the foreskin actually moves. Without an interactive reference, educators and advocates have no clear way to show what they are describing.
This model will let anyone explore foreskin retraction in real time through a browser, giving educators a shareable tool and giving the public a more accurate understanding of intact anatomy.
Working principle
Core interaction
Continuous 0 to 1 foreskin retraction control
Delivery target
Validated browser-ready GLB
Priority
Believable shape at intermediate positions
Project brief
What needs to be built.
Goals define the scope, deliverables define the output, requirements set the bar, and preferred skills set the candidate apart.
Goals
Create a clean anatomical source model with topology suited for organic deformation.
Preserve continuous 0 to 1 retract control through morph targets or equivalent GLB-compatible animation.
Deliver a validated GLB optimized for real-time browser performance.
Deliverables
Source authoring file: .blend, .ma, .c4d, .hip, or equivalent.
Final validated web-ready .glb export with morph targets or morph-weight animation preserved.
UVs and PBR textures including base color, normal, and roughness, with AO optional.
Khronos glTF Validator report with no errors.
A proof of deformation, either as a short recording or a minimal slider-based demo.
Requirements
Experience modeling and rigging organic forms for real-time use.
Morph target, blend shape, shape key, or equivalent continuous-deformation workflow.
Clean export pipeline to glTF / GLB with morph targets or morph-weight animation preserved.
Optimization awareness for browser delivery and mobile constraints.
Nice to have
Corrective morphs or equivalent techniques for rim tightening and volume preservation.
Prior experience exporting morph targets to GLB for interactive use.
Portfolio examples involving facial rigs, creature rigs, or other soft-tissue deformation.
Experience with Three.js, Babylon.js, or browser-based 3D QA.
Selection and submission
How the work gets judged and how to apply.
Acceptance criteria define the finish line. The checklist covers what to include when you apply.
Acceptance criteria
The GLB passes Khronos glTF Validator with no errors.
The GLB loads correctly in a standard browser-based GLB viewer.
Morph control or baked animation works smoothly from fully forward to fully retracted.
Intermediate positions remain visually convincing without major collapse or clipping.
The asset is practical for real-time use in a web viewer.
To apply, include
Share two or three relevant portfolio examples that show deformation, blend shape, or morph target work.
Confirm whether you have exported morph targets or morph-weight animation to GLB successfully before.
Describe your toolchain and approach to believable deformation at intermediate positions.
Professional note
This is an adult anatomical asset for educational use. Professional handling and clinically grounded presentation are expected throughout the work.
